1) Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using 911.be and any tools provided (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2) Who We Are
911 Tools (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates 911.be. We provide in‑browser utilities such as format converters and validators.
3) The Service
- Most tools run locally in your browser. Unless a page explicitly states otherwise, content you paste or open is not uploaded to our servers.
- We may add, change, or remove features at any time without notice.
- The Service is provided for lawful use and for general information and convenience only.
4) Your Content
You retain any rights you have in content you process with the tools. If you upload content to our servers (only for tools that explicitly require uploads), you grant us a limited, non‑exclusive license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
5) Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service to violate laws, infringe rights, or distribute malware, illegal, or harmful content.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape at scale without permission, or disrupt the Service.
- Respect rate limits and any technical restrictions we implement.
6) Intellectual Property
The Service, including the site design, logos, and code (excluding your content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not use our branding without permission.
7) Third‑Party Services & Ads
We may display advertising via Google AdSense and link to third‑party sites. We are not responsible for third‑party content, products, or services. Learn how Google uses data: Google Partner Sites Policy.
8) Privacy & Cookies
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In the EEA/UK we request your consent for ads/analytics cookies; you can change your choice via the consent banner.
9) Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non‑infringement. You are responsible for verifying results produced by the tools.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenues, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
11) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 911 Tools and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for any violation of these Terms.
13) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new Terms with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
14) Governing Law
